  • Drive client retention by achieving 100% of renewal targets, ensuring clients continue to experience the full value of Insight's solutions
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce, ensuring full pipeline visibility across software, hardware, services, and renewal opportunities
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with top accounts to deepen your understanding of their evolving business needs and identify growth opportunities
  • Build and nurture strong vendor relationships — including with Microsoft and other key partners — to generate leads and stay ahead of market developments
  • Maintain and grow your vendor certifications, including Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix, to ensure your technical knowledge remains current and credible
  • Participate in product-specific and professional development training to continuously sharpen your skills and industry knowledge
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategy and keep Insight's offering front of mind
