About the Role

Reporting to the Partner Team Lead — APAC, this is a senior partner/alliances role within Insight's Marketing & Alliances function, focused on owning and governing strategic partner relationships across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

You will be responsible for driving Insight's growth and partner-income priorities across a diverse portfolio spanning Services, Software, and Hardware. This role uniquely blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution, making it an exceptional opportunity for an experienced alliances professional who thrives at the intersection of commercial outcomes and partner success.

 

Along the Way, You Will Get To

  • Own and lead strategic partner relationship management across your portfolio, driving targeted business planning and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Champion partner profitability by leveraging account mapping, rebates, incentives, MDF utilisation, and partner-led marketing activities to maximise commercial impact.
  • Manage partner programme participation end-to-end, including partner tiering, renewals, compliance and governance, certifications, and due diligence reporting.
  • Orchestrate a consistent and meaningful partner engagement cadence, including monthly connection sessions, in-person meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews with focus partners.
  • Develop and execute quarterly partner enablement plans that are tightly aligned to Insight's go-to-market priorities across the broader partner portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with Alliances and Marketing teammates to ensure accurate partner income reporting and the timely delivery of quarterly activity plans.

What We're Looking For

  • 8 + years of experience in Strategic Alliances, Partner Management, Channel, or Partnerships roles within the technology or professional services sector.
  • Proven experience managing complex partner portfolios spanning services, software, and/or hardware ecosystems.
  • Strong working knowledge of partner programmes, tiering models, incentives, rebates, and MDF governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success leading executive-level partner engagement, including joint account planning and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Solid commercial and operational acumen, with experience overseeing SOWs, invoicing processes, and financial governance in a reviewer capacity.
  • A track record of working effectively across cross-functional matrix environments, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Sales, Services, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the confidence to operate fluidly across both strategic and execution-focused responsibilities.
