About the role
As a Product Manager (Internal AI Transformation), you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and tangible business outcomes for our clients. We will count on you to drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML specialists, engineers, UX/UI designers, sales, and service delivery. Along the way, you will get to:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for the AI transformation, aligning with Insight's overall AI strategy and market opportunities.
- Market & User Understanding: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep insights into the challenges and needs of mid-market CEOs and Chief AI Officers regarding AI transformation.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap for the AI transformation, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact (ROI, revenue, cost savings, productivity), technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Product Definition & Requirements: Translate market and user needs into detailed product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) for the development team, focusing on core functionalities like data ingestion, analysis engine, continuous iteration, and execution enablement.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML products, platforms, or initiatives, and a solid understanding of AI's strategic implications for enterprises.
- Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and understand complex business challenges.
