About the role
Leadership: The manager for this role is Lesley French, Director of the Eastern Region for Solutions. Lesley has successfully led the Solutions business at Insight for over four years and is highly respected for her extensive expertise in Leadership and Sales Management within the Enterprise Software sector. Reflecting Insight’s values of hunger, heart, and harmony, Lesley is dedicated to prioritising the well-being of our people and fostering an engaging work environment for all team members.
As a Collaborative Experiences and Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of business specific events and activities, including offsites, in-person activities, townhalls, client meetings and user groups. This role will also provide general administrative support to key Solutions leaders. Along the way, you will get to:
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and celebrations, ensuring every detail, from venues to agendas is flawlessly executed to support team connection and engagement.
- Support with a framework to support regular and consistent updates and communications to our teammates
- Engage with broader Insight community, including Local Social Clubs, Diversity & Inclusion Council and Administration teams to amplify engagement and participation in APAC events and initiatives.
- Support key Solutions leaders with high-level executive support including but not limited to managing schedules, travel, town halls, presentations, client related activities and coordination.
- Support strategic decision-making with clean data and thoughtful insights

What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in internal event planning within a corporate environment. Experience in a consulting or professional services setting is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for people, community, and the meaningful glue that holds teams together
- A naturally proactive, self-starting mindset
- Strong ability to workshop solutions and communicate them with clarity and conviction
- Great with words – clear, concise and quick with summaries or follow-ups
