About the role

Leadership: The leader for this role is Katrina Schwetz, Practice Director, Modern Platforms & Operations.  Katrina is based in Sydney and leads the team with a collaborative, results-driven approach, empowering teammates to take ownership and innovate.

As a Delivery Lead – Modern Platforms, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery leadership and operational excellence across Cloud, Modern Work & Security professional services engagements. We will count on you to oversee a portfolio of projects and programs, translating practice strategy and offerings into successfully delivered client outcomes. Along the way, you will get to:

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for a portfolio of Cloud, Modern Work & Security engagements, ensuring predictable, high-quality results
• Translate SoWs, proposals and roadmaps into detailed delivery plans, methodologies, and governance structures with clear milestones and outcomes

• Lead and develop cross-functional delivery teams (consultants, engineers, project managers and architects), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for key client stakeholders, providing delivery input into pre-sales activities and supporting extension and expansion opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in a Delivery Lead, Program/Project Manager, Business Unit Manager, Practice Lead or Senior Consulting role within a professional services or systems integration environment
• Demonstrated experience driving and governing complex cloud and infrastructure services engagements across one or more major cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP), with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and to expected quality
• Strong people leadership experience in a consulting/professional services context, with the ability to manage stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams and manage engagement financials (revenue, margin, utilisation, forecasting)
• Broad understanding of Cloud, Infrastructure and Modern Work (including governance, security, networking and automation) and familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall); experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and related security/identity solutions will be highly regarded
