Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

Location: This role is fully onsite in our Sydney CBD office.

As a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator with Insight, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day management of APAC facilities on a preventative and reactive basis including the maintenance of hard and soft maintenance services such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, electronic (access control) and soft services such as kitchen and cleaning services.

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Jean Tivoli, Facilities Manager.  Jean is based in Sydney and leads our Facilities Management function.   

As a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll get to: 

• Work with the Facilities Manager to plan, implement and manage the preventative maintenance schedule for all sites across ANZ.
• Engage contractors for repairs and maintenance ensuring tradesman are suitably qualified and inducted as required per site including Building entry rules.
• Maintain current access control registers per site and program cards
• Assist the Facilities Manager with new site planning and relocations as required

We’re looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator with: 

• Solid multisite maintenance management in a corporate environment.
• Understanding of how the building world works and how to prepare a maintenance plan for multiple sites.  A trades background would be highly regarded but not essential.
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive enquiries/complaints and provide quality customer service.
• Skills in planning, organising and managing time across multiple tasks and customer needs.
