About the role

Leadership: The manager for this role is Karthik Srinivasan.  Karthik is based in Sydney and Leads our Microsoft Business Applications and AI Business Process capability. He fosters a collaborative, delivery-focused culture with a strong emphasis on continuous learning, client excellence, and knowledge sharing.

As a Functional Consultant – Microsoft AI Business Solutions, you will lead the functional delivery of AI-enabled Microsoft business process solutions for our clients, leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio. We will count on you to be a trusted advisor who can translate business needs into scalable solutions that drive real business value.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead functional workstreams across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including acting as a team lead on smaller engagements
• Translate complex business requirements into AI‑enhanced process designs and low-code/no-code solutions
  Deliver consulting services across the full lifecycle: discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, documentation and transition
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve complex functional and integration issues, and develop reusable solution assets and IP

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in functional consulting, with proven capability mapping client business processes to Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio
• Strong understanding of business process design, automation and AI‑enhanced workflows, with experience delivering end-to-end projects
• Hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365 (including at least two First Party Apps) and advanced proficiency in Power Platform (especially Power Automate and Canvas Apps)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants and contribute to presales activities
