About the role

Leadership: Insight has 2 East Coast Practice Leads for Data and AI – Bruce Anderson and Ali Sadreddini. Bruce & Ali will be committed to providing ongoing development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. As a member of our Data & AI team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters growth, innovation, knowledge sharing and creativity.  

We’re seeking an AI Augmented Architect — a true GenAI Evangelist — to lead the integration of Generative AI across client solutions, internal delivery practices, and innovation initiatives.

You will:

• Champion GenAI adoption across projects, teams, and clients.
• Design complex, future-ready solutions that embed AI capabilities at every stage of the lifecycle.
• Inspire and guide teammates in ethical, responsible, and impactful AI use.
• Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Data & AI practice.

What You’ll Achieve

• Create new solution offerings using GenAI-powered training, enablement, and analytics.
• Use AI-driven insights to elevate project quality, speed, and innovation.
• Apply AI to software development, testing, and delivery — from code generation to defect prediction.
• Rapidly produce high-quality proposals and RFP responses with GenAI assistance.
• Develop reusable AI-augmented templates, standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Coach and mentor teammates to embrace AI-first thinking.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience architecting and delivering advanced Microsoft solutions, with GenAI integrated across Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Deep expertise in the Azure Data platform (SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Fabric) with AI-driven analytics and automation.
• Strong Python skills, contributing to AI accelerators.
• Experience with dbt, using AI to automate transformation, documentation, and QA.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends.
• Consulting or professional services background, applying AI to solve complex client challenges.
