As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be working on high-profile Enterprise projects, responsible for facilitating ideation sessions/workshops with customer stakeholders; leading the scoping, gathering functional and non-functional requirements including business processes; and working closely with development teams on technical design and development.  You will be passionate about creating value for clients and colleagues that you work with.  Your Leader will be committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential. What capabilities you will need to succeed in this role:

 

  • Extensive relevant consulting experience for large scale enterprise clients.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis.
  • Experience as a ScrumMaster on medium to large size projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Strong experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
  • Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with all phases of the delivery life cycle including business engagement, release planning, backlog management, test driven development, training & support.
  • Ability to write quality high level and detailed documents and communicate the vision.
  • BPMN, experience developing business cases highly desirable
  • Experience working on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects highly desirable
