About the role
Leadership: The manager for this role is Katrina Schwetz, Practice Director – Cloud Platform & Managed Services. Katrina is based in Sydney and leads the team with a collaborative, results-driven approach, empowering teammates to take ownership and innovate.
As a Practice Lead – Cloud Platform, you will lead a high-performing national team, drive operational excellence, and shape the future of our Cloud Platform practice. We will count on you to execute our practice business plan, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure technical readiness to meet evolving client needs.
Along the way, you will get to:
· Lead and develop a talented Cloud Platform team
· Drive operational and strategic planning for the practice
· Manage capacity, scheduling, and quality assurance across the region
· Support sales, pre-sales, and marketing initiatives to grow the practice

What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership in a Practice Lead role within an IT Professional Services business
- Experience managing P&L and driving services in Cloud & Infrastructure
- Ability to drive sales, presales and new business development activities
- Demonstrated experience in managing partners and high-level stakeholders
- Strong understanding and broad exposure across the Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure landscape
- Experience in mapping business needs to technology solutions
- An understanding of consulting methodologies
- Strong business and commercial acumen
