About the role:

As a Real Estate Manager, APAC, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day management of Insight's leased property portfolio across the region. We will count on you to:

• Drive real estate strategy and compliance — Partner with Finance and Executive leadership to set short- and long-term real estate objectives, establish facilities policies, and produce timely reporting including the Quarterly Real Estate Portfolio Report
• Manage facilities operations and budgets — Plan and schedule facilities maintenance, manage the Real Estate Operating Expense Budget, engage contractors, and own operational SLAs and P&L for all real estate expenses
• Lead lease and space management — Identify and acquire space, negotiate leases, prepare financial analyses, manage fit outs and relocations, and work directly with landlords to resolve tenant and building issues
• Ensure safety and business continuity — Manage emergency services, access control, preventative and reactive maintenance, and act as a key stakeholder in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning across all APAC sites

What we're looking for

• 10+ years' experience in commercial real estate and Property & Facilities management with deep lease management expertise and hard-services experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to read complex situations from multiple perspectives, develop well-reasoned solutions, and price work effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities — proven capability to present to senior stakeholders, work with external partners, and build trusted relationships quickly
• Proven track record of operational excellence — strong planning, organisation, and time management with ability to deliver measurable results and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
