About the role
Leadership: The Manager for this role is Elyse Philippi. Elyse is based in Sydney and leads our APAC People and Culture function.
As a Teammate Experience and Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of events and engagement activities across multiple APAC locations. We will count on you to ensure consistent communication and experiences throughout all locations. Along the way you will get to:
- Coordinate events such as offsite team building events, end-of-year celebrations, volunteer opportunities across APAC
- Support diversity and social initiatives, recognition and reward programs, and coordinate service anniversary awards and celebrations.
- Track and manage event and program communications.
- Track and report on engagement metrics and trends, including survey feedback to identify areas for improvement.

What we’re looking for
- Previous HR and events coordination experience in a corporate setting
- Creative event planning skills with a high-level of attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, both over the phone and in person
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proactive in identifying improvements, making decisions, and resolving issues
- Capable of working independently
- We would consider school hours for the right person, but we will require flexibility to be present at events.
