About the role

Leadership: The manager for this role is the Karthik Srinivasan, Practice Lead, AI Business Solutions, based in Sydney. He leads a high-performing team of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialists and fosters a collaborative, learning-focused culture where technical excellence and client outcomes go hand in hand.

As a Technical Specialist – AI Business Solutions, you will be a delivery-focused technology expert and trusted advisor to our clients. You will lead smaller project teams, work directly with customers to understand their needs, design and implement solutions, and help shape Insight’s Intellectual Property (IP) across ANZ and Asia Pacific.

We will count on you to drive high-quality solution delivery across the full project lifecycle, resolve complex technical challenges, and represent Insight as the technical lead within strategic accounts. Along the way, you will get to:

• Lead the technical delivery on smaller client engagements, taking ownership of team tasks and deliverables
• Provide end-to-end consulting services including discovery, design, build, deployment, testing, pilot, documentation and transition
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including complex configuration, customisation, integration and data migration
• Assist customers in resolving highly technical and complex problems, working within political, cost and technical constraints to provide the most appropriate solution

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in technical roles within a services/consulting environment, with strong ability to map client business needs to technology solutions
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle – requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, training, handover and post-deployment support
• Expert-level understanding of at least two Dynamics 365 first-party applications, and hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Automate and Canvas Apps
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to develop trusted client relationships, produce high-quality documentation (architectural diagrams, roadmaps, technical docs) and comfortably present and explain technical solutions
