As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Insight, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from attraction, sourcing, screening, assessment through to offer for all recruitment needs in Spain. You will collaborate with the Human Resources team, management, and the wider hiring community to build a sustainable workforce, enabling Insight to fulfill its strategic objectives and maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, qualify, and conduct interviews with candidates to ensure both technical and cultural fit. To do this, you’ll have to leverage networking, social media, job boards and other methods for building candidate pipelines.
- Develop and articulate a sound understanding of Insight’s overall business strategy and specific areas; in order to effectively communicate this to candidates
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
- Recommend ideas and process improvements related to recruitment that will contribute to the growth of the organization and optimization of how the team operates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; or equivalent recruiting experience.
- 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience in IT and Sales roles.
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering with business leaders and hiring managers.
- High level of English (interview will be in English); Italian is a plus.
