As a Client Services Manager (CSM) within the Professional Services (PS) division, you’ll be a multi-faceted delivery leader who drives engagements to successful outcomes and positive customer experiences. Candidates need to be experienced in IT operations, executive level communication, business analysis, technical solution comprehension, continuous improvement, and service delivery performance monitoring.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a national account portfolio with an emphasis on financial performance, project profitability, revenue forecasting, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead teams of matrixed resources within technical delivery, project management, and pre-sales groups; providing guidance and oversight throughout engagement lifecycles to produce successful outcomes. 
  • Grow our business profitably by earning customer loyalty that is rewarded with repeat business and deepening relationships.
  • Enhance immediate and long-term outcomes through the continuous delivery of high value solutions within customer relationships.

 

What You Need

  • Proven experience leading project delivery teams and strategies to foster continued client engagement and expanded solution areas.
  • Ability to drive engagements to successful outcomes and positive customer experience by managing client expectation and achievement of deliverables.
  • Experience with client escalations within large complex professional services projects and programs on a national and global scale. 
  • Highly skilled in writing reports and/or business correspondence to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees a plus. 
  • Knowledge of Professional Services Delivery processes including collaboration with Sales leadership, Service Operations, Executive leadership, Legal, IT, Human Resources, and Finance.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of enterprise client accounts and expand strategic account plans into profitable client engagements.
  • Possess strong decision making, time management skills as well as Financial knowledge (P&L Management).
  • Provide positive leadership to internal and external stakeholders in matrixed relationships

 

Salary Range - 100 - 140k plus variable compensation plan
