We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated hands-on Identity Architect with project leadership and full stack development experience. You will be responsible for estimating, designing and leading cross-functional projects that are mission-critical to our clients. While working with our clients, you will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, architects, testers, and subject matter experts on other teams within an Agile development methodology. You must be able to clearly communicate both internally with the project team and externally to clients to achieve success on your projects.

·       YOU will be responsible for design and development of mission-critical solutions for a wide range of clients, from Fortune 1000 companies to educational institutions and non-profits.

·       YOU will work closely with business and IT stakeholders in a collaborative, team environment to envision and implement modern cloud architectures that are of extremely high quality.

·       YOU believe that enabling a cross-functional, self-organizing team is critical to delivering with excellence.

What you’ll need to join Insight Digital Innovation:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years or more developing and being involved in identity and authentication for complex enterprise applications for large-scale production deployment.
  • Proficiency leading project teams to deliver high-quality solutions for external clients
  • 3 or more years of experience in consulting and client management
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Extensive experience with one or more of the following:
    • IIS authentication and authorization strategies
    • Expert knowledge of Azure AD, Azure AD B2C and B2B technologies
    • Knowledge of IdentityServer and fundamentals of application authentication and authorization
    • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO and pass-through with Azure AD
    • Experience developing and designing user journey plus custom policies in Azure AD B2C
    • Experience customizing JWT token claims
    • Experience with Azure AD SDK for instrumenting application authentication
    • Experience in enforcement of token auth using OAuth in APIs, from web or mobile apps
    • Understands Identity Providers (IdP) concepts and federation between them
    • Familiar with cookie authentication in web applications
    • Modern SDLC and ALM methodologies
  • Experience with technical pre-sales
    • Vetting opportunities and presenting proposed solutions to potential clients and partners
    • Drafting rough orders of magnitude and proposals
    • Developing estimates and staffing plans
    • Writing statements of work
