Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Are you a driver of change?  Are you passionate about helping people adapt to organizational, process and systems changes? Are you experienced with delivering Organizational Change Management (OCM) projects?  If so, you may be who we are looking for!  An Insight OCM Consultant demonstrates skill in OCM, to support process and technology enabled business changes in a variety of industries.  Qualified candidates will work closely with clients and partners to execute OCM activities and deliverables. Typical projects will result in successful adoption and operational performance with new processes and information technology systems.  

Job Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and implement OCM assessments, strategies and plans, leveraging various methodologies
•    Design, develop, and implement analysis tools, workshops, data collection, and feedback, in order to quantify risk, barriers, gaps, corrective actions, and track effectiveness of the OCM programs and plans
•    Develop, present, and drive recommendations based on data
•    Create and distribute communication strategies, plans, and collateral, to create appropriate levels of awareness for all audiences, at the right time throughout project execution
•    Create and implement sponsor, leader, coaching, and training plans
•    Establish relationships and build strategic partnerships with leadership of impacted lines of business
•    Enable entire organization to become more change capable, and build maturity for OCM delivery consultants
•    Strong executive presence with the ability to establish and maintain credibility 
•    Create Insight intellectual property related to OCM
•    Design and transition to new organizational systems and work processes
•    Strong influence and facilitation skills working with all levels of client organization
•    Strong collaboration skills working with client, competitor, and complimenting consultant teams
•    Executive coaching
•    Manage and track multiple project and workstream status 
•    Understand full portfolio of parallel change projects that may cause change saturation, and develop strategy to minimize the risk
•    Able to clearly articulate the value of OCM and create a compelling case for the need in OCM investments

Desired Skills and Experience
•    A minimum of 5 years of change management and/or leadership experience 
•    Participation in at least seven large scale business change initiatives
•    Lead more than four large scale business change initiatives
•    Lead or play a major role in more than five large scale technology enabled change initiatives
•    Deep knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management, communication and education
•    At least five years of experience with developing, managing, and leading teams 

•    Ability to apply various OCM strategies to support client’s needs
•    Project Management expertise
•    Agile experience
•    DevOps, App Dev, Data, Cloud experience
•    SAP experience is a must
•    Effective communication skills and the ability to influence people – strong presentation skills is a must

Desired Education 
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, phycology, or Education related field
•    OCM certification

Salary range $130-140k.

  • Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
  • Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
