Services Product Manager - Endpoint Management/Mobility

BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB
As a Services Product Manager you will play an integral part in ensuring the ongoing success and performance of service offerings by envisioning, developing, and managing offerings that combine hardware, software, professional services, managed services, advanced technology or intellectual property.
 
What you’ll do at Insight:
•    Develop new service offerings using Insight’s Offering Development Framework and other industry accepted methods.
•    Perform research and develop, create client and competitor stories using input from sales, clients and market research.
•    Work with Technical Architects and partners in the design and build phases.
•    Manage the offering release and then own the offering during its lifecycle to ensure success.
•    Work with Sales and Marketing to position the offering in the competitive landscape, develop compelling go-to-market collateral, and sales enablement.
•    Serve as a sales enablement SME for supported services and technologies.
•    Work with delivery to ensure they have operationalized the people, processes, and tools to support the delivery of the new offering. 
•    Serve as the offering owner to iterate the offering based on feedback, analysis, performance data.
 
What you'll need at Insight:
•    Generalist/technologist knowledge of Microsoft and cloud products , focus on end-point management products a plus; Technical Architect level knowledge is not a requirement. 
•    Solid experience with services products/offerings from an integrator, channel, or OEM provider; understand channel services. Experience with design and go-to-market strategies for IT managed services and/or MSP programs a plus.
•    Experience with offering lifecycle management – success in sales, acceptance, iteration
•    Experience developing market collateral, sales enablement, and digital content
•    Ability to influence and motivate teammates and clients at all levels with excellent written and oral communications.
•    Documented Go-to-market and sales strategy (release plans) experience – how to position, monetize, differentiate
•    Launch Methodologies – operationalizing delivery, sales, marketing, monetizing, pricing models
