Strategic Partner Coordinator

The Strategic Partner Coordinator position is responsible for working alongside the Strategic Leadership team. They will be providing Support for Onsite Partner Activities where applicable, aligning reporting for executive preparation and distribution.  They will also be called upon to support and help around on-site & virtual events and activities when needed. Further responsibilities will be to provide support to the Inside Sales Strategy team and to help execute and advocate for the programs (reporting on participation). This cross-functional support role creates reports both independently and in conjunction with the BI teams. There is a need to maintain the confidentiality of business-critical records.

What you'll do at Insight: 



  • Communicate intelligently about all business issues, displaying good interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Prioritize, multi-task, and manage multiple projects at once, meeting various deadlines.
  • Plan and execute projects within timelines, coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ensure and understand Programs created by the Business Development team & information and manufacturer partner commitments are met. 
  • Assist the Marketing team on-site for greeting partners, setting up huddles, catering and coordinating with on-site events.
  • Distribute both scheduled and Ad-hoc reporting and material such as org charts and information.
  • Coordinate's business calendar for meetings, events, and schedules.
  • General administration - Reporting, copying, scanning, emailing, list preparation and distribution.
  • Additional work will include:
    • Communications for the Strategy & Commercial org design and maintenance
    • Newsletters
    • Announcements
    • Partner communications
    • Partner facing org charts
  • Event Coordination on site as needed.
  • Supporting Partner Strategic tasks.
  • Some reporting using Power BI, Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Preparation of Partner recap and prep for executives.
  • Appointment setting for partner meetings and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) & preparing documents.
  • Other duties as assigned as this is an evolving role and we will ensure to document any additional responsibilities.


What you’ll need to join Insight:


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, and at least 1-3 years of direct marketing experience required; and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Must possess strong project management and communication skills.  
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate creative problem-solving.  Attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and familiarity with AP style are required.  Ability to work well within a team environment.  Experience in product marketing communications preferred.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Power BI, Client Link, SMART, D&B, Hoovers.)
