Transition Manager Sr

Position Overview 

As a Transition Manager Sr, you will work with clients in the post-sales cycle to ensure our new clients engaging on large complex deals with Insight have a seamless onboarding experience.  We’re looking for someone who is a team player, excellent communicator, has client engagement experience, and have proven success building and transforming transition methodologies and can highly execute on on-boarding and transitioning new client engagements & new offerings to our clients. 

What you’ll do at Insight 

  • Overall governance off assigned transitions 

  • Review and transformation of Transition Methodology 

  • Backup to Architect for RFP responses and SOW development 

  • Creating RFP and Transition content (as needed) 

  • Main contact (SPOC) for business for all Transition activities 

  • Conduct Lesson Learned and brings back to full team for future enhancements/changes to methodologies 

  • Overall master project plan, updating and closing out all transition activities 

  • Supports Pre-sales 

What you’ll need to join Insight 

  • Proven experience implementing complex contracts across multiple platforms and lines of business 

  • Strong leadership skills required with the ability to motivate and coordinate multiple teams (matrixed) to work collectively across multiple departments. 

  • Proven experience developing, implementing and maintaining core methodology and related processes 

  • PMP, SCRUM and Six Sigma certifications a plus but not required.
