Tier1 Support Technician

Our client is looking for an independent, self-motivated Tier1 Support Technician with Desktop experience to Support their compute environment.

 

Title: Tier1 Support Technician

 

Job Location: Onsite, King of Prussia, PA 19406

 

Responsibilities:

The overall objectives of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support & troubleshooting of the current end user compute environment.
  • Account creation, updates, etc.

 

Qualifications:

Candidate must have:

  • 3 years of relevant End User support experience.
  • Responsible for support and troubleshooting of the end user compute environment (Windows 10, Apps, etc.).
  • Good experience supporting Desktops & assorted peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Experience and knowledge of ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system.
  • Creation of Salesforce and other system accounts, following the provided Operating procedures.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & troubleshooting connectivity issues from a Windows desktop perspective.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Experience providing excellent customer service.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English

 

Nice to have:

  • Relevant Certifications are a plus.
