As a Project Coordinator, you will provide support for Services contracts, including statements of work (SOWs), vendor SOWs, change requests, etc. We will count on you to manage the overall internal process for document creation in order to meet required deadlines. Along the way, you will get to:
- Function as internal project manager, tracking contract project through internal process of creation, approvals, and finalization to ensure document deadline is met.
- Using various communication forums (email, phone, instant messaging, team chatting) to accomplish objectives and keep contract projects moving forward to completion.
- Assist internal project team with any system work as needed to move project forward, performing project team steps in the system, editing documents, uploading proof of approvals obtained on their behalf when they are unable to access due to travel, network issues, etc.
- Assist internal project team with information gathering and escalations in order to meet deadline requirements.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in contract management and/or technical marketing/writing, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Responsive, client-focused attitude; self-motivated with excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Prior SOW development, contract administration and/or technical writing experience.
