Job Title: Account Executive- UK
Role Description: The Account Executive serves as the trusted advisor to clients, managing and expanding a medium-sized book of business to influence client buying vision and drive multi-level selling across Technology and Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth & Strategic Account Planning:
- Utilize industry knowledge to develop and execute strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling the Insight portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue and GP targets, driving profitable margin growth.
- Drive healthy pipeline growth across accounts, solidify Insight's position, and increase share of wallet.
Client Relationships:
- Organize and lead meetings with clients to discuss their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations to understand their needs and translate them into sales opportunities.
- Drive client satisfaction by being the primary point of contact, ensuring timely responses to client issues and escalating internally when necessary.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal teammates based on trust to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Use of CRM & Internal Processes:
- Utilize internal CRM systems to produce accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
- Proactively engage with the deal governance process, incorporating feedback to refine sales opportunities.
Commercial Acumen:
- Develop sales strategies based on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Apply knowledge of OpEx and CapEx to drive commercial decisions and business cases within the client.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders internally and externally to help achieve client business goals.
Professional Development:
- Continuously enhance knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

- 100% achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Achieve target balance in sales and services portfolio or target profitability
- Forecast accuracy within +/-5%
- Maintain adequate pipeline ratio to meet targets
- Achieve average margin gain on each contract
- Attain client satisfaction and loyalty targets through surveys
- Achieve 95% client retention rate
- Build operational and strategic relationships with teammates to achieve business and performance goals
