CSP Specialist


We have an opportunity for a CSP Specialist to join our Cloud Channel team and are flexible on working location within the UK. This role provides a great opportunity to build and develop a career within the public cloud space of IT. You will work closely with the direct sales channel and the Cloud Acceleration’s Customer Success team in order to drive penetration of associated products and services into existing platform client accounts.



Main duties:



  • To run awareness campaigns within existing client accounts and collaborate closely with Inside Account Managers and Executive Account Managers in order to position CSP as a solution to clients
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, delivering on-site consulting services to Insight’s clients, developing relationships with key decision makers, and also to lead the deployment and showcasing of the specialist knowledge and dedication to the Cloud Solutions Product
  • Driving product adoption within the existing client portfolio and demonstrate the comprehensive array of products and services within the CSP programme
  • Maintaining up-to-date and relevant product knowledge, accreditations, and professional knowhow by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and participating in professional groups and organisations
  • Proactively supporting and driving the Insight Cloud Journey Pack and ensure Insight’s prospective clients are aware of the broad range of incentives available
  • Increasing the footprint within the client organisation by analysing the client’s current product mix in order to conclude and advise on best fit solutions, ultimately growing cloud revenue
  • Conducting regular training for sales teams and run frequent education sessions in order to improve product knowledge and deal conversion rates.




Skills required:



  • Client facing sales experience, able to win client confidence and deliver client demonstrations with credibility and professional authority
  • Experience of delivering discovery workshops, client immersion experiences, value calculators and IT roadmaps
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and qualify client opportunities suitable for Cloud solutions
  • Proven technical documentation skills including the ability to write solution proposals and statements of work, high level design documents and business cases
