Role Purpose
We are looking for a Microsoft UC Engineer to join our EMEA Services Delivery team and play a key role in supporting and managing complex Microsoft Teams Voice solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic transformation project lasting 18–24 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end UC solutions, supporting enterprise-scale deployments, and ensuring adherence to KPIs, OLAs, SLAs, and SLTs for ticket resolution. Your expertise will help shape the future of collaboration for Insight and its customers.
