Working closely with Microsoft, Alliance teams, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders across the region, you'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, optimising marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with key strategic priorities.

This role also offers the opportunity to support the mobilisation and execution of Project Paddington, a high-profile strategic initiative designed to drive engagement, enablement, and growth across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support and manage the UK element of the Microsoft marketing strategy, delivering ROI-focused campaigns that generate pipeline and new business opportunities.
  • Own the UK Microsoft campaign calendar and execution roadmap, ensuring activities align with Microsoft priorities.
  • Manage and optimise marketing programmes funded through Microsoft COOP funds, maximising return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with Microsoft UK, Alliances teams, and EMEA Marketing to align priorities and share performance insights.
  • Act as a key contact for UK Microsoft partner marketing initiatives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimisation.
  • Maintain ownership of Microsoft UK marketing KPIs and dashboards.
  • Contribute to EMEA marketing reporting and performance reviews.

Pan-EMEA Collaboration

  • Share UK campaign successes, insights, and best practices across the wider EMEA organisation.
  • Support the development and delivery of regional marketing programmes and campaigns.
  • Contribute to EMEA messaging frameworks, campaign toolkits, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing across countries and teams.

Project Paddington Responsibilities

As Project Paddington progresses, you'll play a key role in bringing the strategy to life through planning, stakeholder engagement, campaign activation, and sales enablement.

Programme Mobilisation & Planning

  • Translate the agreed marketing strategy into a structured 6-12 month activation roadmap.
  • Coordinate planning sessions across Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and partner teams.
  • Support audience segmentation, messaging development, and campaign planning.
  • Track key milestones, dependencies, budgets, and success measures.

Client Activation & Engagement

  • Help deliver executive roundtables, customer workshops, webinars, account-based marketing initiatives, and demand generation activities.
  • Work with Sales and partner teams to identify target accounts and engagement opportunities.
  • Ensure campaigns have clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and defined lead progression pathways.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Support the creation of messaging guides, campaign briefs, sales tools, and customer-facing content.
  • Deliver enablement sessions for Sales, Alliances, and partner stakeholders.
  • Maintain a central repository of marketing and enablement resources.

Campaign Delivery

  • Execute integrated marketing activities across digital, social, email, events, content, and partner channels.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, localisation, deployment schedules, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify opportunities to extend campaign reach through Microsoft and EMEA marketing programmes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B technology marketing, ideally within a Microsoft, partner, or channel-focused environment.
  • Strong campaign planning and execution experience with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regional and global teams.
  • Experience tracking marketing performance, reporting ROI, and using insights to drive optimisation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, matrix environment.
  • Experience supporting sales enablement, customer engagement programmes, and partner marketing activities is highly desirable.
