Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Solutions Sales Leaders, ideally from a Service or Solutions Integrator background, to lead complex, high‑value transformation opportunities that drive real business change and measurable outcomes for our clients. This is a senior, commercially critical sales role. You will shape and lead strategic opportunities end‑to‑end: understanding client challenges and objectives, orchestrating cross‑functional teams through competitive bid cycles, and ensuring solutions are commercially viable, deliverable and outcome‑focused.

Technology is an enabler, your focus is on transformation, value and impact.You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and trust, working within Insight guardrails while taking ownership for decisions, outcomes and continuous improvement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high‑value transformation opportunities from early shaping through to successful outcome
  • Navigate and orchestrate cross‑functional teams through the full bid lifecycle, including qualification, shaping, governance and submission
  • Develop clear, compelling commercial value propositions that link investment to business outcomes
  • Engage confidently with senior business and executive stakeholders, not just technology leaders
  • Balance sales ambition with delivery reality, ensuring solutions are viable, sustainable and profitable
  • Maintain strong market and competitor awareness, using insight to shape bid strategy and challenge client thinking
  • Operate independently while complying with Insight governance and actively contributing to service and delivery improvement 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience gained within a Service or Solutions Integrator or closely comparable environment
  • Deep, practical understanding of the bid process, with proven experience leading teams through complex, competitive bids
  • Strong commercial architecture capability, including ownership of deal structure, margin, risk and value proposition (even without a dedicated commercial function)
  • Delivery acumen, ideally having worked across both sales and delivery, with a clear understanding of the considerations and trade‑offs across both
  • Confidence operating with limited supervision, exercising sound judgement within defined guardrails
  • The ability to clearly demonstrate bid leadership, decision‑making, commercial judgement and delivery awareness at interview

  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving profitable solutions revenue.
  • Strong communicator and influencer across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to identify client pain points and recommend technology‑aligned solutions.
  • Passionate about how technology can drive business value through transformation into our customers’ business; with a keen interest and understanding across our key offerings of Cloud (e.g. Microsoft Azure), Data, AI, Cybersecurity, Adoption & Change and Optimization & Governance; with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
