Role:

Our Client is currently seeking an experienced #501210 Service Desk/Deskside Support Analyst (Contract) in Delta, BC starting in Dec 2021 for a 6 months contract. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ Service desk/Deskside support experience providing remote and in person support to End Users in a corporate IT environment. Experience with L1/L2 troubleshooting: Window 10, Office 2016, hardware/software, printers, basic network, basic Active Directory management, and installing / configuring hardware/software. Excellent communication skills and awesome attitude are required.

 

All candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Recommended Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Service desk/Desktop Support Analyst providing remote and in person support to End Users in enterprise IT environment.
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016.
  • Experience troubleshooting L1/L2 issues, installing/configuring computer hardware/software, printers, and basic network.
  • Experience with Active Directory: access, passwords, and user account management.
  • Experience using a ticketing System (ie. HP Service Manager, ITSM, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be eligible to work in Canada.

 

Education:

  • Active Technical certifications would be an asset (ITIL, A+)
