Client Executive-Enterprise Sales  (Vancouver based remotely)

Come join the Insight Enterprise Sales team! As an Insight Client Executive you are a Solutions seller, you'll oversee supporting a set of existing clients and acquisition clients, helping them drive their success. Insight is building out our Vancouver Field Sales branch and are looking for the right Sales Candidate to help us build existing and acquire net new clients growing Insight’s presence and brand in the BC market.  We're looking for someone who knows the market, has strong existing customer relationships in the Enterprise and large Crown Corporation market, has strong existing relationships with Insight’s ecosystem of Solutions Partners, and has skills engaging and  working with extended teams of architects, services and solution specialists differentiating Insight in the market. It’s also critical the Sales Candidate has the aptitude to learn Insight's products, solutions, and services, and has the skill to uncover and translate customer needs, and align those needs with Insight’s capabilities delivering unique solutions tailored to each customer.  

 

As the main point of contact for your clients, you will own the customer relationship, and you'll work with a team of Insight experts and collaborators to develop solutions and services that deliver a differentiated and positive customer experience. If you have a history of sustainable above plan sales performance, are trained in solution selling, and ‘value’ selling methodologies, you understand partner management and engagement, have strong negotiation skills, are an excellent communicator, and can put together compelling financial analysis delivering customer ROI – we want to hear from you! Key responsibilities:  

  • Meet with clients to build relationships high wide and deep across the customer organization, understand their needs, desired outcomes and align with Insight Solutions and Services.  

  • Develop strategies for your account base to increase revenue and profitability by expanding customer purchasing spend into new lines of business products, and services.  

  • Collaborate with other Insight team members to develop complex solutions.  

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and sales pipeline management.  

  • Stay updated on Insight’s solutions, partnerships, and support organizations.  

  • Grow year over year profitability of your assigned Territory 

  

What you'll need to succeed:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sciences, Computer Science, MBA  

  • 10+ plus years of solution sales experience with a documented track record of quota overachievement, building a territory and a record of success in selling profitable high-end solutions across multiple disciplines.  

  • Professional training and certifications in sales and partner management, solution and consultative selling sales methodologies, effective marketing capabilities, negotiation skills, and financial analysis needed.  

  • Excellent communication skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills required.  

  • Expert knowledge in channel management and solution sales.   

  • Experience with reports, proposals, statements of work, business correspondence and the use of CRM (Salesforce).
