We have a job opening for an experienced Azure Solution Sales Specialist to join Manuel's team in Austria. You will work in close partnership with clients, advising them on how best to use innovative information technology solutions to accelerate core business opportunities, and optimise IT utilising innovative M365 and cloud offerings such as Azure, in order to achieve business objectives, overcome issues, and improve the structure and efficiency of existing IT systems.

You will be responsible as well for leading cultural change for Azure adoption, developing and coordinating Azure architecture, further developing the cloud strategy, and coordinating the adaptation process, ensuring that critical applications are designed and optimised.

Client Facing and Professional Consultancy

  • Provide specialist expertise to clients, working with sales teams and technical specialists to deliver solutions that will add real value.
  • Ensure deep qualification of client requirements to be able to shape and respond to their needs
  • Establish a professional and consultative relationship with the client
  • Lead on-site demonstrations and discovery workshops
  • Generate new business and own sales cycle
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and use these interactions to identify potential additional opportunities and develop assigned accounts.

Management of Pipeline

  • Accountable for the achievement of the gross margin and business targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring the client is satisfied
  • Provide accurate weekly reporting of pipeline, forecast and activities.
  • Support new business generation initiatives from existing and prospective clients

Professional Knowledge and Expertise

  • Maintain up-to-date and relevant Azure knowledge by attending educational workshops and training, achieving accreditations, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional groups



  • Proven experience delivering successful projects with clients with the highest standards
  • Demonstrable interest in Azure, IT and how Cloud technology can accelerate businesses
  • Experience with working on multiple projects at the same time working to challenging deadlines
  • Able to travel around Austria, Switzerland, Germany etc... (Travel time to 50%)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills including negotiating and contracting
  • German native speaker, English (professional)
  • PL-200, MB-230 or MB-210
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals / AZ 901
  • You like working in a team and winning together
  • You are autonomous, self-resilient and want to start a career journey with multiple perspectives
