Strategic Business Manager

Key Tasks

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Document strategic plans for over-achievement of Product and Services budgets, including information on revenue expectations, opportunities and critical success factors.
  • Document strategic plans for TAM accounts.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans for all target accounts.
  • Develop QBR documents for top 4 clients.
  • Provide effective product & services solutions to current customers via consultative selling.
  • Document pipeline opportunities on a month-by-month basis, this must include information on Revenue, estimated GP% and the expected close date.
  • Maintain CRM system within 10% accuracy.
  • Plan regular account reviews in presentation format to key contacts.
  • Develop multiple relationships with clients at a senior level.
  • Develop relationships with key publisher representatives.
  • Develop a network of industry contacts to generate new business.
  • Keep up-to-date with current software & services solutions.
  • Coach other account managers
  • Complete all sales administration work in full and within deadline.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager

Accountabilities and Performance Measure

  • Achieves assigned product and services quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Manages sales administration task deadlines effectively and timely
  • Maintains CRM accuracy
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
