Key Tasks
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Document strategic plans for over-achievement of Product and Services budgets, including information on revenue expectations, opportunities and critical success factors.
- Document strategic plans for TAM accounts.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Develop strategic account plans for all target accounts.
- Develop QBR documents for top 4 clients.
- Provide effective product & services solutions to current customers via consultative selling.
- Document pipeline opportunities on a month-by-month basis, this must include information on Revenue, estimated GP% and the expected close date.
- Maintain CRM system within 10% accuracy.
- Plan regular account reviews in presentation format to key contacts.
- Develop multiple relationships with clients at a senior level.
- Develop relationships with key publisher representatives.
- Develop a network of industry contacts to generate new business.
- Keep up-to-date with current software & services solutions.
- Coach other account managers
- Complete all sales administration work in full and within deadline.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager
Accountabilities and Performance Measure
- Achieves assigned product and services quarterly and annual sales quota.
- Completes strategic customer account plans
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
- Manages sales administration task deadlines effectively and timely
- Maintains CRM accuracy
- Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Maintain current IT knowledge
