Your Mission
As an Associate Project Manager at SADA Armenia, you will oversee the deployment of small to mid client deployments, ensuring that projects are delivered according to scope, budget, and schedule. You will also execute core project management responsibilities, including kickoff, resourcing, internal & external status updates, team coordination, escalations, tracking, monitoring, & project close, with close oversight and coaching from senior team members.

Job Responsibilities:
• Fulfill various duties as assigned by the PMO Team.
• Work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects.
• Manage resource allocations, forecast revenue recognition, track project status, and provide weekly status reports for assigned projects.
• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
• Supervise assigned projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related administrative tasks by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly documented, and stored.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, notes, meeting minutes, chats, and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing PMO-related best practices.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Required Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of related experience in a technical/engineering environment
• Worked within a PMO or reported up to a PMO
• Certification or formal training in Project Management
• A minimum of 1 year experience in managing IT deployment projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to productively interact with Directors and CIOs at mid-to-large sized organizations
• Experience managing a team of engineers and change managers
• Strong problem solving and analytical/reasoning skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude towards change and ability to adapt
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A love for cloud computing
Useful Qualifications:
• Experience delivering and managing GCP and/or other public cloud projects
